About

So, what is RABBITHOLE Marketing all about? Let me start by explaining what we are not: we are not a one-stop-shop marketing firm that can fulfil all of your digital marketing needs. We also don't carry the operational overhead that the big firms do, so it turns out that we are a really good solution provider for budget-conscious businesses and nonprofits. We help people spread their story through various strategies, ultimately optimizing their leads to goal conversion process. If you think that your organization has a great story, but is failing to meet its potential, then let's talk. We follow a simple process based on these 3 steps: 1. clarify your story, 2. build an effective lead generator, and 3. engineer a system of communications that keep your audience engaged. We'll turn your customers into promoters! If this sounds like what you are looking for, then press the free consult button and let's begin!

Meet our Founder

Hi, my name is Curtis. I’ve collected a lot of experiences over the years, some super interesting, some not so much. My greatest life lessons have come from failure and converting that failure into success. My favorite quote is from Augustin of Hippo, who said, "Love God, and do what you will".

I spent nearly 20 years in the insurance industry, 6 of them as an agency owner. I am acutely aware of the challenges of running a small business, and I love helping people overcome those challenges. In 2012, I had the distinction of serving as the Tournament Chairman of THE PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIP, one of the most significant community sporting events in the world. I led more than 2,000 volunteers in a week-long effort that resulted in $6.5 million dollars raised for charities.

I left the insurance industry in 2017 to begin working in earnest with some amazing nonprofits. I served as a Program Manager for Corporate America Supports You, helping them launch a national pilot program for National Guard Youth Challenge. In early 2018, I was invited to help another amazing group, Operation New Hope, as Community Engagement Director. While there, we transformed how they told their story through the lens of the success of the program participants and achieved huge gains in all sorts of digital marketing engagement metrics, most importantly through audience growth and charitable donations. In back to back weeks in 2019, we hosted the Vice President of the United States and Dr. Makaziwe Mandela, receiving incredible international  exposure for the organization.  In 2019 I met Khalil Osiris, senior advisor to the House of Mandela, and was invited to help launch the first ever Nelson Mandela International Day, held in Jacksonville, Fl. In 2020, we followed it up by producing a documentary called Truth & Reconciliation Conversations, one of the most powerful and poignant records of the world-wide civil unrest in the Spring of 2020. The video has been viewed hundreds of thousands of times from an international audience and was highlighted at the ASU-GSV Summit of 2020.

My wife Jenny and I live in a regenerative agriculture community at the front steps of the Okefenokee Wildlife Refuge, near Folkston, Georgia. When I'm not helping businesses improve their marketing efforts, I can be found working on the farm, fishing the black water of the Okefenokee, or on the front porch falling asleep with a book in hand with Bodhi, the family dog nearby. Jenny and I have two adult children, McKenna Grimm (married to Christian), and Jackson.
